Job Description

If you love helping others find solutions to their advertising and marketing challenges, this role may be for you. As our Product Expert & Customer Success Manager, you will be helping businesses get the right customers and maximising conversions of both in-store and online customers. 

  • Know the company’s products inside out with the ability to deliver compelling presentations via telephone and email.
  • Be the trusted advisor and advocate for the customers
  • Systematically identifying new leads based on our internal tracking system
  • Constantly engage customers to help them derive maximum value from SKALE and identify new opportunities
  • Resolve customer inquiries by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within a reasonable time frame; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure adoption and successful renewal
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify ways to optimise customer satisfaction
  • Identify new ways to optimise our customer experience and collaborating on customised strategic plans

Qualifications

  • Are passionate about customer success and experience 
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively to customers via email and telephone
  • Can embrace challenges and and come up with creative solutions
  • Is disciplined, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical thinking skills
  • Is willing to invest in relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Have between 2 - 5 years of work experience in a customer success role
