The company has two divisions: Restaurant and Retail (food). Founded in 1951 in Montreal, Les Rôtisseries St-Hubert Ltée has more than 120 restaurants in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick. In Retail, our fresh, frozen and dehydrated products are manufactured and distributed in numerous points of sale and under several banners.
