Job Description

This role is based in our Performance Marketing Team at AVIV,

We help develop successful, long-term digital performance marketing strategies and execution plans for AVIV through online media channels (Paid, CRM B2C, and SEO) from brand awareness to lead generation. We’re also responsible for driving our market penetration and top line growth. Building and maintaining a dominant web and app presence for AVIV in the real estate classifieds sector across Europe.

What we are looking for:

  • An individual who can lead a team of 3+ AVIVers as our Head of Customer Relationship Management for Business to Customer.

  • Who can help build our global CRM B2C strategy roadmap working closely with our team which is focussed on our Performance Marketing Strategy and internal stakeholders across Product and Tech and Growth and Analytics.

  • Someone with a keen eye for detail who can analyse, interrogate and record ROI.

  • Develop specific CRM B2C strategy on web and app (segmentation, multi-touch nurture programs for audiences across the customer lifecycle) to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction, engagement and impact.

  • Forecast sales performance trends

  • Manage and improve personalised CRM content, working closely with local business, marketing and communication teams across AVIV Group.

  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Growth and Analytics teams (analytics, data science), local market (business, marketing, communication) to increase client satisfaction through cohesive, integrated CRM B2C strategy

  • Motivate in-country digital marketing teams to drive market penetration, customer acquisition 

  • Conduct competitor analysis

  • Keep AVIV Group ahead of the curve with CRM / digital technology developments

  • Communicate the CRM strategy and its relationship to the organisation’s mission, vision and values


Who we are looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in digital CRM management and commercial operations.

  • 4+ years of management experience.

  • A technical expert with an analytical, entrepreneurial and solution-driven mindset.

  • Proven experience defining technical architectures: alone and as a team leader.

  • Strong CRM B2C strategy and operational knowledge.

  • Ability to manage tools and data (Google Analytics, marketing automation platform, CRM tools).

  • Experience working in a start-up and multinational environment and the ability and willingness to travel.

  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English (written and verbal), German, French or Dutch are a plus.
