Canam Group in Brasov began as a small detailing office in 1998 which afterwards became a major company on the Brasov market with its own building and more than 360 employees. 

Our team in Brasov provides 3D modelling, detailing and estimation services for constructions such as buildings, steel structures and bridges. We work for our plants and offices in Canada and the Unites States and for other North American steel fabricators. 

We also have our own IT team developing software for internal use.

Complete 3D models, 2D shop drawings and erection layouts of prefabricated steel buildings as per the structural and architectural plans, using 3D and 2D software while ensuring that all project criteria is met.

Essential Functions:

• Gather, examine and interpret information from project documents;
• Complete 2D or 3D models of a prefabricated steel building as per contract drawings;
• Report discrepancies and missing information from the contract documents;
• Detect possible interferences between structural and architectural building parts;
• Complete shop drawings and material list of load-bearing wall panels;
• Complete necessary documents for wall panels loading and transportation from shop to the construction site;
• Complete installation manual;
• Complete documents for repairs or modifications required on the construction site.

• Technical faculty diploma;
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, specifications, governmental regulations, drawings and job specifications;
• Computer skills;
• CAD software knowledge;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Good learning and communication skill.
