To support the SERB Group in its strong development, especially internationally, we are looking for an Key Account Manager Italy M/F on a permanent contract.

Attached to the Country Manager Italy, your missions will be the following:

•    Maintain regular substantive and commercial contacts with representatives of institutional clients including key accounts (by physical, visio or phone meetings)
•    Monitor requirements and capture information on tenders with institutional clients (hospitals, medical centers, clinics) and “off-hand” purchases by:

• Monitoring notices of tenders in hospitals websites, local and professional printed media;
•  Obtain the foregoing information from client employees.

•    Communicate tender details and where required, tender documentation directly to the distributor or to Tendering Function (the contact person specified by your supervisor)
•    Price negotiations with pharmacists, tender departments, buyers in hospitals, medical centres, private clinics, or other type of customers
•    Develop and maintain a territory database of all contacts for each relevant product 
•    Participate in medical/pharmaceutical events (congresses, symposia, seminars) 
•    Obtain and provide information on the properties of promoted products 

•    University level necessary; pharmaceutical, medical, or similar faculty are welcome
•    Previous knowledge and experience of disease areas preferred (rare diseases, surgery, cancer supportive therapies)
•    Previous speciality pharma sales experience with a proven track record
