Based upon GroupHigh’s explosive growth and strong demand from within our market segment, we are currently looking for a Sales Lead Researcher.
Job Description
The Sales Lead Researcher will be responsible for researching, identifying and scheduling new qualified sales opportunities for targeted accounts for Sales Account Executives. The SLR will manage data integrity in Salesforce, keep information up-to-date, research news stories, monitor feeds and alerts for qualified leads. Once a lead is identified the SLR will research the company identify proper contacts and contact information and schedule follow up tasks for sales account executives. The SLR will also coordinate with their AE counterparts to determine the accounts that require research and prospecting activities to secure additional qualified opportunities. An implicit responsibility of the SLR is to have the ability to read between the lines to identify prospects that are a match for GroupHigh’s software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Set tasks in SFDC CRM for high-value leads identified from internet research and lead scoring mechanisms.
- Validate contact info of prospects and review leads for minimum quality criteria.
- Flag redundant or irrelevant data in CRM for leads should not be pursued.
- Research prospects and clients for job changes and schedule follow up tasks for sales team.
- Enter data into CRM for Sales team to contact qualified leads.
- Disseminate opportunities to appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
- Responsible for meeting and assigned researched sales lead quota monthly.
- Reports to VP of Sales.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years work experience preferred, preferably in a process-driven team environment
- Attention to detail in working with internal systems (Safesforce CRM & Marketo Salesforce automation etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information as it relates to improving process.
- Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
