• Drive Growth with Structure.
• Manage local P&L and allocate budget towards ROI-positive growth initiatives. 
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships to expedite market growth, foster repeat bookings, and drive new revenue opportunities.
• Follow up and communicate diligently with external parties
• Operationalize and scale our multi-brand retail experiences to create more market opportunities for start-up and emerging brands.
• Continue to build a team of “A players” and work with leadership to develop regional objectives, individual KPIs and bonus structure for your team.
