Job Description

• Departmental Rotations – Engage in structured rotations across key departments to build a holistic understanding of company operations and practices.

• Project Participation – Collaborate with teams on critical projects, helping to drive initiatives from conception to execution while developing practical skills.

• Data Analysis – Assist in gathering and analyzing data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. Prepare reports that reflect your findings and recommendations.

• Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies within various departments and contribute innovative solutions that enhance workflow and productivity.

• Networking and Communication – Build relationships with colleagues across departments. Effectively communicate findings and ideas to both peers and senior management.

• Career Development – Work closely with mentor and managers to set career goals, receive constructive feedback, and create a personalized development plan

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of business-related experience preferred. Recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving, and communication skills – Verbal and Written

• Team-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

• Basic understanding of business operations and principles

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, proactive, and open to feedback with a desire for growth and responsibility
