This vital role supports our production operations by constructing high-quality pallets. If you have a construction background and take pride in hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct wooden pallets according to specifications and quality standards
• Operate various power tools including nail guns, saws, and other equipment (training provided)
• Measure and cut lumber to required dimensions
• Inspect completed pallets for quality and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Meet production quotas while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

• Be willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Construction or carpentry background
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently on night shift schedule
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using tape measures and reading measurements
• Familiarity with table saws or other power tools
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Requires the ability to lift, twist, push, pull and carry tools and materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.
• Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
• Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
• Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).
