About the Opportunity 

As a Capability and Organisational Development Partner, you’ll play a key role in building a skilled, engaged, and high performing workforce. Working across the university, you’ll lead strategic capability and organisational development initiatives, providing expert advice and influencing solutions that support the University’s goals and compliance requirements.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and deliver strategic, evidence based capability and OD initiatives aligned with the University’s goals.  

  • Manage and contribute to programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, leadership, talent development, succession planning, engagement and culture.  

  • Scope, plan and project manage OD initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management.  

  • Design and deliver scalable online and face to face learning programs, ensuring compliance and tracking completions.  

  • Monitor and evaluate OD programs through data analysis to drive continuous improvement.  

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and impact. 

About you 

  • The occupant of this position will hold relevant postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check.  

What we can offer 

This is continuing opportunity and can be based at either our Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast Campus.  As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.  

HEW 8 Salary – Base range - $113,713.03 - $127,923.91. Full package range - $133,044.25 - $149,670.98.
