We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll bring the confidence to lead a large team, the ability to keep things running smoothly during the busiest shifts and the passion to drive great results. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the team's success and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume pub.

• Leading, motivating and developing a large team, bringing out the best in everyone.

• Creating fantastic customer experiences and ensuring consistently high service standards.

• Taking control of busy shifts, keeping your team organised, motivated and focused.

• Maintaining excellent operational standards across service, people and health and safety.

• Helping drive sales, profitability and overall business performance.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role.

• A strong background in a high-volume pub or hospitality environment.

• Proven experience leading and managing large teams.

• Confidence making decisions, taking ownership and leading under pressure.

• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and developing people.
