Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, Website Content Migration Specialist for a 3-month contract period to support the migration of website content to a new digital platform. Based in our North Ryde Support office this role will be instrumental in delivering our website migration project.

This hands-on role is responsible for reviewing, remediating and migrating website content in Directus using approved CMS components, agreed templates, technical specifications, brand standards, accessibility requirements and SEO best practice.

Working closely with the website project team and key business stakeholders, the role will help ensure content is migrated accurately, consistently and on schedule, while supporting quality assurance and launch readiness.

What You’ll Lead

  • Content Preparation and migration- Migrate, review and remediate approved website content in Directus using agreed templates, approved CMS components and page specifications. Review migrated pages against current Greencross Vets approved designs and correct missing, incomplete, duplicated, obsolete or incorrectly migrated content.
  • Directus component usage. Use and validate approved Directus components, including banners, WYSIWYG content, HTML code blocks, FAQs, FAQ tabs, membership plans, comparison tables, carousels, Instagram feeds, Vimeo videos, Typeform embeds, general content blocks, and shared or nested content components.
  • Image and asset management, Source, organise and prepare approved images and supporting assets for migration.
  • Content development and brand consistency. Develop, edit and refine website content in line with brand, tone of voice, content guidelines and page objectives.
  • SEO and discoverability. Work with the SEO digital partner specialist and agency to understand and action agreed SEO migration recommendations.
  • Quality assurance and launch readiness- Proofread and review migrated pages for accuracy, consistency, formatting, links, images, metadata and accessibility requirements.
  • Project coordination and stakeholder management. Coordinate with the project manager, developers, designers, SEO specialists, agencies and content owners to keep migration work moving.
  • Design and deliver employment relations education, compliance programs and leader capability initiatives across frontline, operational and executive leadership populations.
  • Partner on organisational change, workforce transformation, restructures, acquisitions and major business initiatives to ensure compliant and values-aligned outcomes.

 

Qualifications

About You

You are an experienced Content Migration Specialist with a growth mindset, who is flexible, approachable and adaptable to adjust to project deliverables.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in website content management, digital content production or website migration.
  • Experience using a content management system, with Directus or component-based CMS experience highly regarded.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. Confidence working with spreadsheets, content trackers and project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practice for website content.
  • Experience preparing and optimising images for digital channels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of content and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
