Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with nurse training, onboarding, and ongoing development
- Helping maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
- Supporting workflow management and day-to-day clinic operations

This role offers the opportunity to influence team culture, clinical standards, and the continued growth of both the nursing team and the clinic.
The Work You'll Do, and How We Do It
Our caseload is varied and often complex, ranging from preventative healthcare through to emergency presentations, medical workups, surgery, and ongoing case management.
We value continuity of care, allowing our nurses to truly follow patient journeys and contribute meaningfully to outcomes.
Gold-standard care isn't something we aspire to when time allows. It's simply how we practise. We believe in thorough diagnostics, thoughtful decision-making, and doing things properly, even on busy days.
Tools That Match Your Standards
You'll be supported by excellent facilities and equipment, including:
- Digital radiography
- Dental radiography
- In-house pathology
- High-quality ultrasound
- Modern surgical equipment including cautery
- Advanced anaesthetic monitoring equipment
- Strong nursing protocols and patient care standards
Within the team you'll find extensive experience and interests across emergency medicine, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, advanced diagnostics, and anaesthesia, ensuring there's always someone to collaborate with and learn from.

You'll be part of a wider network of experienced veterinarians and nurses who are passionate about learning, mentoring, and helping each other succeed.
Competitive Pay Tailored to Your Experience
We recognise the value that experienced and highly qualified nurses bring to the team.
We offer competitive hourly rates, with higher pay available for nurses who hold advanced registration with the Veterinary Practice Board and can demonstrate strong clinical skills, leadership capability, and experience.
We're happy to have open conversations to ensure your remuneration reflects your qualifications, experience, and the contribution you'll make to our team.
