Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Brisbane is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Part-Time Social Media Coordinator (approx 9.5 hrs per week) to help bring our hospital to life across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone with content creation experience who enjoys capturing authentic moments, creating engaging short-form videos and showcasing the incredible work our veterinary teams do every day.

About the Role

As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating and publishing engaging day-to-day content that highlights our people, patients and purpose. Working closely with our veterinary teams, Business Manager and marketing team, you'll help tell the stories that make ARH Brisbane a trusted leader in specialist and emergency veterinary care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Capture and create engaging social-first content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Film and edit short-form videos and photography within the hospital environment
  • Maintain a simple content calendar aligned with weekly priorities
  • Assist with community engagement by responding to comments and messages when required
  • Keep up to date with social media trends and identify ideas that can be adapted for our local audience
  • Work alongside our veterinary teams to identify great stories and moments to capture
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager and marketing team to support key campaigns and communications

About You

  • 0-2 years’ experience in social media, content creation or a related field
  • Basic skills in filming and editing video using mobile or entry-level tools 
  • Familiarity with platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok 
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop content skills
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for social content
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Positive, reliable, and proactive approach to tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow direction
  • Genuine interest in animals and veterinary care
