Veterinary Nurse (Part-Time or Full-Time) – Greencross St Kilda

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on nursing role where you’ll be involved in all areas of the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Surgical, medical, and consult nursing
• Assisting with procedures where required
• Providing patient care in a fear-free, low-stress environment
• Monitoring anaesthesia and supporting recovery
• Maintaining hygiene and sterility across all clinical areas
• Reception duties, including client communication, bookings, and patient admissions/discharges

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2+ years’ clinical experience
• Strong surgical and general nursing skills
• Excellent animal handling abilities
• A calm, mature, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with RX Works (desirable, not essential)
