Part-Time Veterinary Nurse – Findon Vet Surgery (Greencross)

Findon Vet Surgery is seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 25 hours per week).

About the Role

This is a hands-on nursing role where you will be involved in all aspects of patient care and clinic operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• General nursing duties, including pre- and post-operative care, pathology, and emergency and critical care
• Assisting with minor procedures when required
• Supporting the veterinary team to deliver high standards of care
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the clinic, including surgical areas
• Reception duties and client communication
• Contributing ideas to improve clinic workflow and efficiency

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
• Strong animal handling skills and sound nursing knowledge
• A calm, friendly, and professional approach
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with RX Works (preferred but not essential)
