We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Care Representative to join a fast-paced and exciting environment and be a welcoming face to our clients and their pets!
As a part of the Customer Care team, your duties will include:
- Part Time role, across a variety of day shifts, evenings and weekends
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Welcoming clients and their pets
- Booking and managing appointments
- Managing email enquiries
- Invoicing and taking payments – including cash and EFTPOS
- Processing payments on Vetpay, Zippay and Afterpay finance platforms
- Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required
About your experience and skill:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception/customer service role
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, during busy times, emergency situations or while dealing with difficult clients
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Experience with appointment entries, invoicing, and taking payments
- Ability to manage your time effectively
- Amazing attention to detail
- Friendly, warm and professional phone manner with the ability to converse with a range of different people with compassion and empathy
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts and availability during busy peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, school holidays)
