You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes specialists in surgery, medicine, oncology, rehab, and emergency and critical care. Every role here matters - and as an Animal Attendant, you’ll be essential to our patients’ comfort, safety, and recovery!

Your role will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining patient wards, cages, and hospital areas
• Walking, feeding, and caring for inpatients and boarding animals
• Assisting with patient handling and monitoring under staff direction
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients and staff
• Supporting the clinical team with restocking, laundry, and hospital presentation
• Helping ensure patients feel calm, cared for, and comfortable during their stay

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Passionate about animals and committed to their wellbeing
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Someone who takes pride in high standards of cleanliness and care, with attention to detail
• Experienced in animal hospital, shelter, boarding facility, or similar environment skills (preferred but not essential)

A Certificate II or III in Animal Studies (or currently studying) will be highly regarded but what matters most is your attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn!
