The Veterinary Director seat is open for a confident leader who can maintain and build on what already works, coach with clarity and keep the day running smoothly. You will have the people and equipment to deliver great medicine, start to finish. We are offering $15,000 allowance to get you established in the role.

Sponsorship is available for overseas-qualified vet with a recognised degree, with guidance from a dedicated migration lawyer.

What you will lead

• Keep clinical standards high and champion evidence-based decisions

• Develop vets and nurses through structured feedback, case reviews and clear goals

• Maintain efficient workflows and a realistic diary

• Strengthen trusted client relationships and community ties

Who you are

• Veterinarian with 5+ years of clinical experience

• Registered, or eligible for registration, in Australia

• Calm, organised communicator with a steady approach to surgery and medicine

• Ready to own outcomes and help good people get even better
