Located just 10 minutes from the heart of Townsville, our clinic is on the lookout for an experienced Vet Nurse who thrives on variety and enjoys the buzz of a supportive, friendly team!

With state-of-the-art facilities, including Digital Radiography, Ultrasonography, and in-house pathology, you’ll have all the tools to provide top-notch care. And with a team of long-standing staff (our practice manager has been here 14 years!), you’ll always have support as you grow and learn.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

• A solid understanding of veterinary procedures

• Amazing communication skills and a passion for customer service 

• Bonus points if you know Rx Works! But no worries if you don’t – we’ll help you get there! 

• Someone enthusiastic to learn and grow with our supportive and fun team!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Perform general nursing tasks: pre & post-operative care, animal pathology, and critical care

• Assist with minor procedures when needed 

• Care for and handle animals, keeping them comfortable and happy 

• Maintain a sparkling clean clinic, including surgical areas and equipment

• Front-of-house duties: be a friendly face for our clients, handling appointments, enquiries, and patient admissions/discharges
