Working here you will enjoy our spacious, well equipped hospital. Facilities include 4 consult rooms, large waiting room with a separate cat waiting area, treatment room, theatre, imaging suite, scrub room, pharmacy, lab area, multiple wards, dedicated staff room, plus a large outdoor exercise yard.

To ensure you have the equipment required to provide best practice care you will have access to dental xray, multiple dental units, ultrasound, DR Xray, fluid pumps, multiparameter monitors, bair huggers, tonometer, Vet-Tome, Doppler, ECG, and Vorotek headlight.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team, ensuring high standards of veterinary care and client satisfaction
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage cases independently, using evidence-based practices
  • Mentor junior vets and nurses, creating a collaborative learning environment
  • Handle a diverse caseload, from routine check-ups to complex cases
  • Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through treatment options
  • Contribute to the clinic’s growth and reputation in the local community

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) or have completed NAVLE, AVE, or similar exams.
