As our Hospital Business Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, working to make sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and – most importantly – with exceptional care for our patients and clients.

You will be passionate about leading a dynamic team and shaping the future of a cutting-edge facility! You’re adaptable, a team player, and always looking for ways to improve, with demonstrated success in a management role, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industries. Candidates with qualifications in veterinary nursing or as a veterinarian, along with post-graduate business qualifications, will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Financial Success: Own the P&L for the hospital, driving financial performance, reporting, and budgeting to ensure success.

Drive Growth & Strategy: Partner with the leadership team to shape our business strategies, ensuring we keep growing and evolving to meet the needs of our community.

Support & Develop Your Team: Work closely with recruitment, veterinarians, nurses, and support teams to foster a positive work culture and ensure high-quality patient care.

Market & Network: Collaborate with our National Marketing team to drive marketing efforts and build relationships with referring veterinary partners.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside other hospital managers and the Greencross leadership team to optimize efficiency, profitability, and business success.
