Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager of Green Motion and the Divisional Quality Director, the successful candidate will implement, lead and maintain quality system and processes within the organization and ensuring the implementation of processes for achieving Eaton's expectations for manufacturing quality and reliability of the EV chargers in the markets.


Product Quality:

  • Support new product design and introduction
  • Implement processes ensuring proactive and short quality improvements loops
  • Customer focus and fast response and resolution to customer concerns
  • Develop and implement reporting metrics for product quality
  • Develop test procedures and inspection methods for internal and external suppliers and ensure they are maintained 
  • Improve product quality by making recommendations for changes
  • Implement right quality tools in the product development process

Quality Management System:

  • Implement continuously improvement and the Eaton quality system 
  • Support to manage Supplier Quality to ensure all issues are logged and followed up
  • Manage audits ISO 9001/14001, create (when missing) and maintain all documentation associated

Additional Information

  • MSc or BSc from a leading university or institute of technology
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing quality management system, preferred in technology environment and in international environment
  • Strong knowledge in usual quality tools (PFMEA, DFMEA, capability, statistic, six sigma..)
  • Strong analytical mindset and rigorous
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Appreciate challenges & technical excellence
  • Interest in electric mobility domain
  • Fluent in English, all other European languages is an asset
