Job Description

To strengthen our engineering team in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for a:

Technical Project Manager 

The Technical Project Manager is responsible to carry out the scheduling of the daily activities and facilitate the communication between the different parties (from engineering to operation including sales and marketing department). He/She has a significant role to ensure that specific project is managed efficiently and that the engineering team knew deliverables.

Key responsabilities: 

  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in project development for engineer for specific project or initiatives
  • Planning all task within our engineering teams
  • Hold regular technical meeting with project core team to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Provide support during program proposal effort in determining work breakdown structure, level of effort, resource planning and cost
  • Establish objectives and goals and provide direction to the project team members in areas of project execution
  • Maintain and report timeline in project
  • Schedule milestone in hardware project management
  • Assisting with internal communication, improving transparency, and ensuring information distribution to the right recipients
  • Update Hardware roadmap milestone in collaboration with our engineering management team
  • Implements company Visual Management good practices


  • University degree in technical field, such as electronic or mechanical
  • Min. 5 years of experience in project management in engineering and product development management
  • Experience with Energy domain
  • Experience in product development context and product life cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations
  • Knowledge of ISO 21500, PMI standards and Agile Methodologies, MS Project, JIRA
  • Knowledge of hardware electronics and embedded firmware
  • Can effectively and comfortably speak to all levels of the organization
  • Excellent team spirit and organizational skills
