Within our passionate team based in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist dedicated for international market. You will be responsible to collaborate with our Account Manager to ensure excellent service standards in our sales process and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create documentation for international sales (offer, contract, order confirmation… )
• Generate sales leads
• Answer to customer queries by phone or by email
• Update all information in our CRM (sales force) to keep records of customer interactions
• Create report, analysis and statistics regarding international sales
• Organize and participate in events

• Higher education in international business or similar,
• 5 years of experience in sales or customer service department in an international environment
• Customer centric and result oriented
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt into a fast paced /ever changing environment
• Interest in technical product and e-mobility business
• Fluent in English and French, all other languages is a strong asset
