Job Description

In our R&D team, the role aims to design & develop innovative charging system product to our customer. You will be a technical expert regarding power electronics in our products. More specifically, you will:

  • Design of AC/DC and DC/DC converters, power inverters in the range of 10 kW to 500 kW from 400V up to 1’000V
  • Define conversion topologies
  • Establish technical design of the solutions
  • Support the technical realization of prototypes and products
  • Do sizing of magnetics components
  • Establish and implement modulation and control strategies
  • Support the industrialisation and certification process for the whole range of product

Qualifications

  • University degree in the field of electronic engineering with focus on Power Electronics
  • Min. 5 years of experience in electronical engineering and in product development :
  • High interest and focus on practical experimentation, from design, test, validation up to product certification
  • Excellent knowledge of simulation tools software such as Matlab, Simulink, Plecs, Simplorer or others
  • Good knowledge of materials and / or thermal aspects
  • Excellent team spirit and organizational skills
  • Solution-oriented with an ability to work in a demanding environment and take initiative
