Job Description

Night Housekeeping Supervisor Part time Role Bilingual (Spanish) speaker is responsible for moving from location to location and managing the teams under its schedule services. This is a field position.  This position requires a person with account management and quality control experience, who can properly manage client expectations, training new hires and establish relationships at the day-to-day level and manage the quality of cleaning being done on all sites, while supervising others. Must be available to work shifts Monday - Friday from 5 pm to 2 am AND Weekend availability between 9 AM - 3PM. The 4-5 hour shift start time can change day-to-day. 

In short, you are ensuring that the cleaning tasks we were contracted by the client to complete are done to perfection and our clients and employees are 100% Happy!  You must love cleaning and be a very meticulous person with an insane eye for detail.  You will be traveling around Manhattan and Brooklyn 70% of your work-week and sometimes other boroughs too.  And sometimes you will have to do some cleaning. 

Must be able to train employees as well and manage a reporting system. Must be a Spanish Speaker! 

Qualifications

You Should Have:

• 5+ years Supervisory experience required

• 3+ years of quality control or other relevant experience

• Experience in the cleaning industry or hotel

• Must be open to a very flexible work schedule Daytime, Evenings, Nights and weekends.  

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Associates Required, BA/BS Degree a plus

• Managing inventory supplies and reorder as needed for each site.

• Conduct and document daily inspection of accounts.

• Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience that results in high customer delight and satisfaction.

• Proven ability to interact with a range of individuals from a day-to-day contact with executives level.

• Ensure assigned cleaning specialist success, knowledge and training according to clients' expectations and needs. 

•Detailed daily reports on account status, employee feedback, and steps to better the service.
