Job Description

You are responsible for following the Great White hosting sequence, greeting and seating guests, answering all incoming calls, organizing and creating reservations via Resy, and supporting other team members in clearing and resetting tables for arriving reservations and walk-ins. In addition, you collaborate with managers to complete pre and post-shift duties and are a supportive team member to all staff. 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • You bring energy, rigor, and curiosity to the role and use skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and a high degree of organization.
  • You have experience in working in demanding and fast-paced environments
  • You can deliver a Host sequence quickly and efficiently while maintaining consistency.
  • You have a SafeServe certificate.
  • You are a team player that is flexible and reliable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have experience in Toast, Resy, 7Shifts, or other hospitality-driven technologies.
