The Traffic and Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the orders cycles from dispatching the orders from the vendor to reaching the customs and the Distribution Center

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency of the international shipments.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Ensure that the most cost effective and efficient way of transportation is planned
• Be on top of the shipping rates, safety standards and shipping schedules
• Monitor outbound and inbound shipments
• Oversee communication with vendors, and other departments
• Deal with claims of goods that were damaged or lost in transit
• Select precisely delivery methods and evaluate an array of diverse factors to make the most efficient decision

• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related field
