Job Description

  • Reconcile daily transactions between backend system to third-party data and record them to finance system
  • Record payment company made to the vendors
  • Complete bank reconciliation process
  • Record necessary depreciation and amortization
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting reports
  • Other Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 years working experience in Accounting Firm or Corporate Accounting Staff
  • Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP, SOX or other local compliance equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Well-versed in Ms. Office, especially MS Excel and Spreadsheets.
  • Fast learner, handling pressure well, ability to meet assigned deadlines and multiple assignments.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
