Job Description
- Generate new business leads by proactively searching for potential customers through databases or networking.
- Closely monitoring construction projects in the country, creating a market intelligence system to gather the latest and updated information about the construction market, and advising top management for suitable actions to keep up with the market requirements.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, and revenue growth
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or civil engineering
- Strong business acumen, team player, target-oriented
- Excellent understanding of Sales processes and actual selling
- Have good knowledge of the construction, property, or building material industry
- Effective communication skills as well as fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
