Job Description

  • Manage prospecting/canvassing activity to meet and build relationships with prospective accounts to grow sales
  • Be the first point of contact to key accounts for all matters 
  • Liaise with Ops team, product, and across business function to ensure all issues and complain resolved
  • Monitor and analyze accounts' performance day by day and proposing solution to meet their objectives
  • Actively doing socialization as well as conducting activation program to ensure the accounts are aligned and connected with our system
  • Uncover opportunities for new business by building networks across platforms
  • Adhere to company guidelines such as timely completion of timesheets, accurate revenue forecasts, etc
  • Prepare and present business reviews regularly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from any discipline from top local or overseas universities
  • Minimum 3 years experience as client relation, business development, account management, or relevant roles
  • Good in sales and managing relationship with clients
  • Well understand about Surabaya and the surrounding areas
  • Proven experience of growing portfolio & building long term relationship with clients
  • Have experience in construction, property or building materials industry will be a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for any audience at hand
