Job Description
- Design and develop a strategic execution plan to lead effective sourcing and acquisition activities
- Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential partners, including set up area segment projection, acquisition approach and effective onboarding activities
- Improve existing acquisition activities using offline and online approaches, as well as provide best solutions that align with partner’s fundamental needs
- Enhance the onboarding process in order to ensure the smooth integration of new partners
- Support engagement programs to retain existing partners and improve their performance
- Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into partner’s short term and long development plan
- Analyze market condition to create sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, and competitor activity
- Provide recommendations based on partner’s feedback for future product feature development
- Manage team performance by conducting daily effective cadence meetings, facilitating tools, and generating data driven reports
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- At least 8 years of working experience in Operations Department and at least 5 years in startup environment
- Demonstrate proven experience in partner acquisition or related roles, specifically for low education and economic backgrounds
- Requires to have an excellent negotiation skill and experience in project management is a plus
- Have background in construction, architecture, or property management would be preferred
- Great communication skill and fluent in English and Bahasa
