Job Description

As the Project Coordinator of Grantek’s Technical Service & Support team you will be responsible for coordinating client requirements with our Service Team. This includes administration, proposal reviews, client request management, reporting, and coordination. We are looking for somebody who is highly organized with great decision making and problem solving skills. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Contract Job Administration
    • Create new jobs for work orders, service calls, etc
    • Add people to tasks
    • Verify job rates
    • Perform job reviews
    • Perform service contract reviews
    • Generate invoices
    • Follow up on unpaid invoices
    • Approve submitted hours
  • Support Contract Proposals
    • Develop / issue support contract proposals
    • Be our customer’s point of contact for questions / updates
  • Monthly Reports
    • Generate monthly reports to update customers on their contract status (hours remaining, tickets remaining, etc)
    • Reports may be different (customized) per customer
  • Zendesk Ticketing Software Management
    • Review open tickets
    • Follow up with team to update / close tickets
    • Setup Service Level Agreement (SLA) rules in Zendesk for new contracts
  • AnswerPlus Management
    • Manage call lists with our 1-800 after hours provider

Qualifications

  •   Will typically possess 1+ years’ experience in a Project Coordination role
  • Preference on experience in a technical /manufacturing environment.
  •   Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
