Our Regional Managed Enterprise team leads partnerships and accelerates growth with Grab's largest regional merchants, clients, and agencies. We are critical to Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's super app by being indispensable partners to our most strategic regional accounts. Our focus is on driving business and commercial growth across the entire OneGrab ecosystem. We develop business strategies that allow us to serve our largest strategic partners, believing in creating mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance their business offerings and positively improves customers' lives.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Head of Regional - Singapore Hub & Key Accounts , you will need to engage with existing leading advertisers directly & through their agencies. Your broader goal will be to manage and grow multi-million dollar annual revenue by strengthening relationships with top clients
You will develop short term and long term account management approaches in order to achieve revenue targets, and implement innovative/ integrated solutions to achieve results.
Beyond key accounts management, you will collaborate with leaders from various internal teams. These teams include Marketing, Transport, Food, Business Development, etc. You will work with them to create compelling advertising solutions. The goal is to secure and grow existing partnerships with regional and global clients.
This is a 1-year contract role and is fully onsite role at Grab's one-north office in Singapore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Focus on pipeline development and implement sales forecasting methods to provide accurate projections and meet team goals.
- Work cohesively with cross functional teams in Grab to develop integrated solutions for clients
- Build and foster strong relationships with brands and agencies, driving long-term partnerships.
- Execute high-impact pitches, manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and co-develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners.
- Leverage data insights for actionable business decisions and monitor advertiser campaign performance for future upsell & crosssell opportunities
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Min 10-12 years of digital media sales experience in Singapore
- Extensive experience working & selling to senior marketing leaders on the agency & brand side
- Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Great presentation skills, public speaking, networking
- Previous sales experience selling ads
- Track record of delivering against targets on a quarterly basis under an incentive scheme.
