Get to Know the Role

As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for growing GrabAds' non-endemic advertising business by acquiring, managing and expanding relationships with leading advertisers and media agencies in the Philippines. This is an individual contributor role with ownership of a strategic portfolio and quarterly revenue targets.

You will develop consultative relationships with senior marketing decision-makers, identify new business opportunities and position GrabAds as a strategic media partner. Working closely with Agency Partnerships, Ad Operations, Marketing, Product and Regional GrabAds teams, you will develop integrated advertising solutions that help advertisers achieve measurable business outcomes while delivering sustainable revenue growth for Grab.

Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed sales targets, grow strategic accounts and establish long-term partnerships with advertisers and agencies.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Own and grow a portfolio of non-endemic advertisers and media agencies, consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prospect, pitch and win new advertising business by developing consultative relationships with brands, agencies and key marketing decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and agency partners to drive long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead client pitches, RFPs, annual negotiations and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key advertisers and agencies.
  • Develop integrated advertising proposals by partnering with internal cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Ad Operations and Commercial.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined account planning, forecasting and CRM management.
  • Use market insights, campaign performance and first-party data to develop compelling commercial narratives and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Ad Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and exceptional client experience.
  • Represent GrabAds in industry events, agency engagements and client meetings to strengthen Grab's position within the Philippine advertising ecosystem.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have Heart, Humility, Hunger and Honour.
  • You have 7–10 years of experience in digital media, advertising, media sales or advertising technology in the Philippines.
  • You have a proven track record of consistently exceeding advertising revenue targets in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • You have extensive experience selling integrated media solutions to senior marketing leaders on both the brand and agency side.
  • You have strong relationships across media agencies, advertisers and the broader Philippine digital advertising ecosystem.
  • You have experience leading client pitches, RFPs, annual negotiations and strategic account planning.
  • You possess strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline management, sales forecasting and CRM tools.
  • You are analytical with a strong bias for data-driven decision making and can translate insights into compelling commercial recommendations.
  • You are an excellent communicator and presenter who can influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and are comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple strategic accounts and concurrent opportunities.
