Get to Know the Team
The Rewards team, which sits within People Operations (Pops) team, drives all global compensation and benefits programmes in Grab. We strive to maintain a fair and competitive total rewards framework for Grab, and equip our people managers with appropriate and consistent rewards tools to attract, motivate and retain talent within their organisations.
Get to Know the Role
As a Manager, Rewards, you will help improve Grab's rewards practices across the organisation. We believe that your understanding of a global rewards function from a headquartered role standpoint and can translate your knowledge into practical and creative solutions to rewards related matters. You will guide rewards programmes based on an analytical approach balanced with judgement. This is an onsite role reporting to the Head of Rewards.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will manage the implementation and administration of rewards programmes from a global headquarter perspective
- You will monitor the effectiveness of existing rewards practices and recommend enhancements that are consistent with rewards trends and overall our goals
- You will design creative solutions to specific rewards-related programmes and incentive plans
- You will manage our participation in compensation and benefits surveys and monitor trends observed through market survey data to ensure continued competitiveness
- You will partner with other People Operations team members to lead awareness and communicate our rewards programme
- You will provide advisory on rewards related matters including base salary, bonus/ incentive programmes, equity compensation and benefits offerings
- You will manage the analysis and due diligence work for M&A projects and executive compensation related matters
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 5 or more years of experience in Rewards in technology, fintech, high-growth organisations
- Track records of solving complex problems and managing organisational change through ambiguous situations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement, shown through your experience managing complex compensation related challenges
- Familiarity with applying Generative AI tools in applying solutions to rewards practices
