Get to Know the Team

The Community Engagement Team serves as the key bridge between the company and driver partner communities. The team focuses on building strong relationships, maintaining two-way communication, understanding community needs, and ensuring that company programs and information are delivered effectively to partners in the field.

The team also plays an important role in representing the voice of the community by gathering insights, feedback, and operational issues to help improve the overall partner experience.

Get to Know the Role

As a Community Engagement Executive, you will build and maintain strong, positive relationships with driver partner communities across diverse locations and backgrounds. You will closely engage with Driver Leaders to understand on-the-ground realities, support community programs, and foster clear, two-way communication between the company and driver partners.

You will be reporting directly to the Manager, Community Engagement and will be based offsite in Semarang.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop strong & trusted relationships with Driver Leaders and driver partner communities across assigned areas.
  • Conduct regular field visits, community engagement sessions, and coordination meetings to stay close to partner sentiment and operational realities.
  • Gather on the ground feedback, driver aspirations, and operational pain points, and escalate main issues through the appropriate internal channels.
  • Support the rollout of company programmes, policy updates, and product changes by ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and accessible.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with community representatives, including chat groups, meeting coordination, and follow-up on ongoing issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on community activities, recurring concerns, and field insights, and share practical recommendations to help internal teams better support driver partners.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in community management, field operations, customer success, or a related role.
  • You have the ability to engage and build trust with diverse communities and stakeholders through compelling communications
  • You are comfortable working in the field and enjoy spending time on the ground to better understand partner needs, feedback, and day-to-day realities.
  • Ability in managing your own schedule, setting clear priorities, and ensuring consistent follow-up on diverse projects
  • You bring solid coordination and administrative skills, including reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • You demonstrates ability in assessing situations effectively to either resolve issues directly or escalate them appropriately
  • You care deeply about creating positive partner experiences and are motivated by the opportunity to support and strengthen driver partner communities.
