Get to Know The Role
You will report to the Manager of Enablement Operations and will support all analytical scopes that will regularly run analyses to get insights, monitor portfolio performance, then define next steps.
The role will be pushing sales teams to thrive under the 3 key pillars: Merchant Growth, Merchant Love, and Merchant Monetization. We’re looking for candidates who can push the boundaries further from where we are.
This role is based onsite in the PARQ office.,
Job Description
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will own the strategic allocation of merchant portfolios across on-ground sales teams and telesales teams nationwide, ensuring optimal coverage and maximizing sales growth as well as safeguarding sales continuity.
You will conduct in-depth analysis of sales opportunities across both on-site sales and telesales channels, driving an iterative optimization loop to continuously enhance portfolio performance.
You will partner with the Regional Sales Enablement team to adopt sales tools, best practices or initiate customized tools that ensure the sales teams have sufficient data or tools to help them perform at their best.
You will evaluate staff performance, design incentive structure based on business focuses, and drive sales performance with measurable portfolio growth.
You will deliver working sheets, performance reporting dashboards, and provide insights from sales performance, portfolio health, and incentive effectiveness
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Frontliner Operations Lead, and Business teams to ensure all initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales enablement, business analytics, or commercial strategy — preferably within tech, e-commerce, FMCG, or platform-based businesses.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, using spreadsheets, and data visualization tools e.g., Power BI.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and regional teams.
Strong communication skills in English and Thai (both written and verbal).
Nice-to-Have
Experience in designing sales incentive programs, sales portfolio allocation, or sales evaluation.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or other sales enablement platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed regional organization.
Knowledge of the Thailand Food & Beverage landscape.
