Get to Know the Role

The Assistant Manager, Demand Planning will increase a portfolio of over 600 brands. You will manage brand campaigns, execute strategic initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to drive growth across the enterprise portfolio.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Lead the ideation and execution of brand-specific campaigns, including promotions and new product launches, in collaboration with sales, commercial, marketing, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and execute brand-level campaign strategies, adjusting tactics based on budget constraints and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Design, execute, and measure promotional and campaign experiments to optimize enterprise demand and improve unit economics.
  • Own performance tracking and reporting of demand strategy initiatives across the enterprise portfolio.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to generate actionable insights, including brand segmentation based on profitability and gross merchandise value (GMV).
  • Present demand strategy plans for the enterprise portfolio to the Business Country Leadership Team.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 3+ years of professional experience in demand planning, strategy, forecasting, business intelligence, or growth roles, within e-commerce, ride-hailing, or food delivery sectors.
  • Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
  • Experience on communicating and present with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field).
