Get to Know the Team

The Sales Operations team partners with Commercial and Product teams to design sales processes across Southeast Asia that drive efficiencies. We build scalable commercial infrastructure — combining process excellence, data insights, and AI-powered sales tools to ensure smarter selling, improve predictability, and accelerate revenue growth.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead data-driven transformation for our regional Enterprise Business. You will translate complex data into actionable strategy for executive leadership, serving as the regional authority for insights and recommendations.

You will drive the AI and automation transformation of our regional sales operations — replacing manual data processes with intelligent frameworks that improve process excellence and sales productivity. You will build regional deal desk, pricing policies and self-service analytics capabilities, enabling stakeholders across the ecosystem to make data-backed decisions.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

  • Build AI-integrated self-service environments using tools like Cursor and LLM-assisted scripting to automate trend management. Replace static reporting with ML-powered revenue forecasting and predictive inventory yield models.
  • Lead the Price & Yield Management (PYM) and deal desk strategy by building automated "Waterfall" models to optimize supply, demand, and rate cards in real-time. Design and maintain regional deals and Pricing Policies to drive market competitiveness.
  • Build data-backed frameworks for high-value Joint Business Plans (JBPs), Agency Schemes, and packages. Partner with CRM, Finance, and Legal to digitize the Deal Desk, replacing manual gates with automated, data-triggered approval workflows.
  • Build and manage the digital infrastructure for Sales Commission and Incentive plans. Develop sales productivity scorecards that link internal data to external Whitespace Analysis.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Grab's data structures, influencing department-wide OKRs through executive-level presentations. Coach your team in AI-assisted programming (Python, Spark) to transition from data processors to strategic business partners.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

To perform the tasks listed above, you will need:

  • 10+ years in Business Analytics or Sales Operations, specifically within Adtech or SaaS in Southeast Asia — to navigate the regional advertising market nuances and stakeholder expectations when building pricing policies and deal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL — to write scripts for automation, build ML models for forecasting, and manipulate large datasets when developing predictive yield models and sales productivity scorecards.
  • Experience with Spark (Scala or pySpark) — to process and analyze large-scale datasets across multiple Southeast Asian markets when building regional pricing models and commission infrastructures.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLM-assisted scripting) — to accelerate automation of reporting workflows and coach your team in AI-assisted programming methodologies.
  • Experience designing automated cross-functional frameworks — to build approval workflows that integrate CRM, Finance, and Legal systems when digitizing the Deal Desk.
  • Experience with statistical A/B testing — to validate AI model impact and measure the effectiveness of pricing policy changes when optimizing yield strategies.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple countries — to lead distributed analytics teams and drive alignment across diverse regional stakeholders when rolling out self-service analytics tools.
  • Experience presenting complex data insights to executive leadership — to influence department-wide OKRs and secure buy-in for AI transformation initiatives when delivering strategic recommendations.
