Get to Know the Role

As a GrabAds - Planner, you will develop marketing campaigns that inspire client and partner success. This role requires an understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the ability to translate insights into creative campaign strategies that serve project objectives. You will work with internal teams. Including GrabAds client partners, GrabAds marketing solution, GrabAds account manager, Grab Marketing, and operation team. Together, you will deliver impactful solutions that drive results for our GrabAds clients and partnerships.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
  • Develop strategic campaigns that align with clients business/marketing goals and brand positioning.
  • Work with GrabAds client partners and supervised by senior planner to develop insightful campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functions including marketing, internal creative, social media, operation team to ensure the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency. A strategic planner from a creative agency is preferred.
    • Experience working with major brands including FMCG, platform application, retails while being able to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Knowledge:
    • Business and marketing acumen with ability to develop strategy based on strong understanding of key business and consumer needs.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends in the marketing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internally.
    • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding, advertising, and consumer psychology.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
    • Fluency in Thai & English (both written and spoken) is required.
