The Growth Insights and Planning (GIP) team is a young, enthusiastic, and passionate team with an intellectual hunger to bring value to both business and society. We work closely with stakeholders across Grab Vietnam and Regional to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. Our scope encompasses demand planning, growth optimization, vertical strategy development, and acting as the Project Management for key country strategic projects. The team is responsible for generating actionable insights, proposing strategic projects, and leading cross-functional initiatives to grow Grab's business across Mobility, Deliveries (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress) and Financial Services in Vietnam.

Get to Know the Role

GrabRentals (GR) Vietnam secures and enables vehicle supply for Grab's mobility marketplaces. We build and scale sustainable fleet partner programs that unlock income opportunities for driver-partners while delivering operational reliability and business impact for Grab.

You will be the go-to-market and operating owner for selected fleet partner programs in Vietnam. You will drive end-to-end readiness, launch, and ongoing performance—working across Legal, Tax, Finance, Compliance, Marketplace Operations, and Analytics—to de-risk rollouts, uphold regulatory and commercial integrity, and ensure partner needs and driver income outcomes are met alongside Grab's business goals.

You will report to Manager, IMS Growth, and work onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre, HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Insight-Led Stakeholder Orchestration: Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies with Marketplace and City Ops to dynamically optimize supply-demand levers, rental pricing models, SLA enforcement, and targeted incentive structures.
  • Fleet Performance Optimization & Strategic Analytics: Own the analytical ecosystem (dashboards, scorecards) to extract deep insights into partner health, utilization, and unit economics. Build robust forecasting models to tier partners by ROI, directly guiding invest/scale/exit decisions. Lead continuous experimentation and rigorous performance deep-dives to maximize fleet efficiency, balance partner profitability with company P&L, and drive structural optimizations across pricing, collections, and operational workflows.
  • GTM Strategy & Rollout: Design and launch fleet partner programs (commercials, finance, SOPs, compliance) rooted in rigorous pre-launch analysis and financial modeling. Establish data-backed, gated rollout plans and proactive risk mitigation strategies, defining quantitative acceptance criteria to ensure programs are optimized for scale and profitability from Day 1.

Skills you need

  • 3-4 years of experience in GTM/operations/partnerships/program management, ideally in mobility, logistics, fintech, or marketplace environments.
  • Demonstrated success launching cross-functional initiatives with Legal/Tax/Finance and translating commercial strategy into executable SOPs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets required. Experience with SQL/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Practical understanding of Vietnam regulatory and tax contexts relevant to partnerships, invoicing, and collections (or a strong willingness to learn fast).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills—able to influence across functions and with external partners.
  • Bias to action, structured operator mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
  • Language: fluent Vietnamese and strong business English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fleet, vehicle rental/subscription, or driver-partner ecosystems.
  • Exposure to credit/collections workflows or partner economics design (e.g., pricing, incentives).
  • Prior ownership of marketplace levers and experimentation frameworks.
