Job Description

You will be leading and managing overall acquisition related operations in the Driver Acquisition Team.

  • Manage and lead end-to-end driver acquisition activities (strategy conceptualization, lead generation, planning, ground execution, and activation).
  • Build driver onboarding lifecycle -- from pre-onboarding to driver activation.
  • Lead strategic discussions with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure that driver acquisition journey and training methods are clear and concise, thus resulting in partner-riders that are well educated in the system.
  • Conduct results analysis, process improvement, and tracking and compiling acquisition results trends for high impact strategic topics.
  • Advise each department head on implementation of new processes and provide timely updates to senior management (e.g. strategic analysis, project updates, etc).
  • Act as liaison with other teams such as brand marketing, local marketing, engagement marketing, etc to identify opportunities for collaborative wins.
  • Work with the analytics team to build a monitoring system for funnel performance, lead quality, and demographic mix.
  • Manage direct reports KPI and performance.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to reach driver acquisition and activation targets.
  • Meet with other departments/business verticals to report current performance and acquisition results.
  • Define and regularly update team KPI.
  • Create end-of-week reports.
  • Conceptualize and execute regular acquisition campaigns.
  • Support on-ground acquisition activities and work with external vendors to plan and execute acquisition events.
  • Lead strategic discussion with internal and external business verticals.
  • Create and update acquisition dashboard and database.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related 4-year related course
  • Strong background in lead generation, multi-funnel acquisition, talent sourcing, or recruiting. Experience with 2-wheel rider acquisition is a plus.
  • Must be knowledgeable about transport, cars and the automotive industry, preferably knows how to drive.
  • Very strong communication skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity tools. Experience within SQL and able to write queries (a huge plus).
  • Comfortable to work on multiple projects and has an agile mindset to adapt to our fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity (i.e. receiving 'blank sheet of paper' assignments.
  • You are intellectually curious, highly analytical and able to problem solve, think & debate strategically
