Get to know our Team:

The Vietnam Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Vietnam. We develop and execute business strategies to achieve our vision in providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Vietnam. GrabMart is a fast-growing vertical within Grab. GrabMart focused on delivering everyday essentials to our customers via our app. As part of the Commercial team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy, building partnerships, and driving execution to grow Grab's presence and impact across Southeast Asia.

Get to Know the Role

You will play a pivotal role in scaling the GrabMart Long-tail merchant ecosystem. This position is designed for a data-driven operator who excels at managing large-scale portfolios. You will be responsible for tracking campaign performance, hunting deals through mass communication channels, and empowering merchants through systematic training. You will work closely with the Manager to drive strategic initiatives from our HCM office. 

The Critical Tasks you will perform:

A. Operation & Cross-functional Coordination

● System Management: Master data analysis to manage a tracking system for Long-tail segment health metrics. Closely monitor metrics against monthly/quarterly targets to provide early warnings and execute timely corrective action plans.

● Growth Optimization: Analyze the merchant journey to identify friction points and propose solutions to boost Organic Growth and Merchant Retention.

● Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance, Legal) to align on segment priorities, streamline approval processes, and ensure resources are allocated effectively for Long-tail initiatives.

B. Deal Hunting & Mass Communication

● Mass Engagement: Utilize mass communication tools (Zalo OA, Social Groups, Email Blast) to proactively "hunt" deals and promotional participation from a large pool of merchants.

● Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust deals pipeline, ensuring a consistent variety of attractive offers for the platform.

● Strategic Negotiation: Directly engage with high-potential partners to negotiate commercial terms and campaign schemes.

C . Campaign Tracking & Performance Analytics

● Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily sales data, category trends, and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

● Campaign Management: Execute and track the performance of O2O and digital campaigns, ensuring they meet set targets (GMV, Active Rate, etc.).

● Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports/presentations for stakeholders, providing actionable insights for business optimization.

Qualifications

● Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Retail Operations, E-commerce, or Merchant Growth.

● Tech Savviness: Proficiency in SQL, Google Workspace (Advanced Sheets/Slides), and data visualization tools.

● Communication Power: Proven experience in using Mass Communication channels to drive business actions. Excellent verbal and written skills in both Vietnamese and English.

● Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into simple, actionable growth plans.

● Multitasking: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

● Mindset & Soft Skills: Proactive, "hustle" spirit, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
