Get to Know the Team

The JABO (Jakarta) Team is a well-established unit responsible for driving Grab's business and operational performance across cities in the region. We are a dynamic and diverse team aligned with our mission.

Get to Know the Role

Within this structure, the City Operations Team plays a critical role in managing city-level budgets and achieving performance targets through close collaboration with team members. From a Grab Rental perspective, this includes aligning fleet supply, driver onboarding, and use strategies with demand. This understanding ensures that rental operations support growth, efficiency, and service reliability across each city. You will report directly to the manager and the manager and based in our pool.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Scale fleet supply by identifying, onboarding, and activating high-quality rental partners.
  • Develop performance-driven relationships with main partners.
  • Improve the acquisition funnel to provide a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Improve conversion rates from lead to activation through engagement and follow-up strategies.
  • Align partner acquisition and growth with city demand dynamics and business targets.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner success.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role
  • Experience engaging with partners at all levels
  • Proficiency in data reporting, with the ability to translate insights into relevant strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and partner management tools
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and engagement strategies
  • Understanding of business development and strategic partnership principles
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events
