Get to Know the Role
As part of the Regional GrabAds team, you'll define and lead our engagement strategy supporting a portfolio of media agencies to drive regional growth for GrabAds. You'll be working hands on to shape the future of our Agencies business, and will report directly to the Head of Regional Agency Partnerships.
This role will be onsite and based in the Grab Singapore's One North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key agency partnerships across Southeast Asia, building and scaling regional programs to unlock revenue growth in support of regional revenue targets
- Serve as the voice of media agencies within Grab, articulating and representing their needs to local and regional commercial leadership as well as functions such as marketing, sales enablement, sales operations and finance
- Build innovative and effective content, training, and learning programs for media agencies, and partner with country leadership to implement and execute these initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with regional agency leadership within your portfolio, leveraging these to unlock spend across individual markets
- Represent GrabAds through content development, speaking and networking at industry and Grab-owned events
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 8+ years of experience at a media publisher, advertiser, or agency; experience in agency management preferred
- Ability to work across functions, markets and stakeholder groups to build and execute complex regional programs
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a strong analytical mindset
- In-depth knowledge of decision-makers at agencies in Southeast Asia; existing network of relationships preferred
- Understanding of industry trends impacting both agencies and their clients particularly across industries like FMCG, retail, tech, and QSRs, and the ability to translate these insights into scalable revenue programs
- Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Traits We Are Looking For
- Ability to leverage executive relationships and sponsors to deepen GrabAds' relationships with clients.
- Represent GrabAds in the advertising community by actively participating in industry events.
- Act as the voice and executive sponsor for advertisers and agencies, ensuring their needs are addressed within Grab.
