Get to Know the Team
Join Grab Thailand's Omni commerce team, a fast-growing, entrepreneurial unit pioneering our "Online-to-Offline" (O2O) ecosystem! We are a powerful demand-generation engine for F&B merchants through in-store solutions like Dine Out Deals and Self Pick-up. Operating with data-driven and collaborative culture, you will have a chance to build solutions from the ground up. Your impact here will be massive. By bridging digital app engagement with physical offline experiences, you will directly increase Grab's revenue. You will also empower local restaurants to grow and help cement Grab as Thailand's ultimate everyday Super App.
Get to Know the Role
As an important driver for Grab Dine Out, you won't just sell a service; you will be a strategic consultant to local businesses, helping them unlock massive revenue potential. You will be the face of Grab's Omni commerce expansion, directly contributing to our goal of building a growing "reservation-first" ecosystem in Thailand. You will be 5-days onsite at Grab Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- You will research and identify merchants within company-designated focus areas and planned expansion zones that fit a "reservation-first" and "deals" model.
- You will build relationships with mall leasing teams, franchise owners, and community managers to gain access to multiple high-value tenants at once.Consultative Pitching & Reservation Tech Sales
- You will position Grab Dine Out as a mission-critical revenue engine, educating partners on how a digital services optimizes demand forecasting and fills off-peak inventory.
- You will negotiate attractive commission rates and exclusive tactical Grab Deals (e.g., "20% Off Total Bill") designed to lead user traffic during a merchant's quietest windows.Onboarding & Partner Success
- You will guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring you configure their digital storefront, booking availability, service durations, and voucher terms.
- You will train merchant staff on how to use the Grab Merchant App to manage daily reservations, adjust real-time availability, and scan customer vouchers.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- You have previous experience at a food delivery, reservation platform, or e-commerce company (especially dealing directly with local SMEs) is a huge plus.
- You are entirely comfortable making 20+ calls a day or visiting 5+ shops in person.
- You quickly adapt to new software and have the patience and able to translate to non-tech-savvy business owners how to navigate mobile apps.
