Get to know the Role: You will play a critical part in building, designing and scaling the supply chain operations our GrabMart business. You will build and design the warehousing and distribution solution, oversee inventory planning and ensure seamless integration with partners and logistics providers. You will have to:

• Connect the dots independently to move projects forward, design scalable operating models from the ground up, and is comfortable moving between strategic design and hands-on operational execution.
• Evaluate trade-offs between speed, cost, and customer promise, ensuring operations scale sustainably
• Anticipate operational risks and put in place the right processes and monitoring mechanisms to reduce them
• This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable spending time in the warehouse and on the ground to fine-tune processes and flows.

Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Warehousing & Fulfilment

• Manage Distribution Centres and 3PL partners. Set up an end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment network from scratch. Eg. sourcing warehouse & fulfilment hub locations, assessing capacity requirements, planning layout design, oversee the physical setup, enabling warehouse tech requirements.
• Build and standardize core operational processes across inbound receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, QC, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Last-Mile Delivery

• Lead and improve fleet operations to ensure delivery models are reliable and cost-efficient

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning

• Build and implement demand forecasting and inventory planning models
• Oversee stock forecasting and inventory planning to reduce out-of-stock or overstock

Operational Improvement

• Triangulate data insights and trends to refine supply chain design and operations
• Work with multiple teams to build monitoring mechanisms and set operational policies that balance customer experience, operational feasibility, and financial sustainability.
• Support future scaling of operations by identifying opportunities for automation, process redesign, and structural improvements

You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations, based in First Avenue, Petaling Jaya

What Essential Skills You Will Need:

• At least 7 years of experience in supply chain management , logistics, or operations
• Strong understanding of warehousing, fulfilment & logistics
• Manage 3PL providers
• Familiarity with supply chain technologies such as IMS, OMS, WMS, demand forecasting tools, and route optimization systems.
• Hands-on operator who is comfortable being physically present on-site to test processes, diagnose issues, and ensure workflows run as intended
• Break complex operational challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
• Have experience handling multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive initiatives from planning through to implementation
• Synthesize complex operational needs into clear strategic narratives to secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders
• People management experience is a bonus
