Job Description
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance on GrabFood.
Manage an account management team by leading, coaching, and supporting through technical & commercial knowledge, communication transparency, winning spirit, and performance acknowledgment.
Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants’ requirements.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferably at least 5-10 years of sales and account management experience in the FMCG or e-Commerce industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong internal and external selling and negotiation skills.
Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
Strong organizational & analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
